Beautiful property, welcoming staff, with amenities like an indoor pool and a fantastic breakfast buffet featuring various stations such as seafood and pastries, just 70 km from the nearest airport.

Service can be inconsistent.

The only hiccup? The shower was so fancy, it practically needed a PhD to operate. And don’t get me started on the never-ending wait for room keys—just hire a locksmith already!

I had a wonderful stay with stunning mountain views and a spacious Peak View Suite. The staff was incredibly dog-friendly, providing special amenities and an in-room dining menu for pets, which I really appreciated. However, the service at busy times was a bit slow, and it was tough to get timely attention in the dining areas during peak hours.

As a European traveler, I loved the ski-in/ski-out access and the fine lodge atmosphere. Breakfast was good with friendly staff who took the time to remember my coffee preferences. I did notice the breakfast options were quite pricey.

We had an awesome week! From the moment we checked in, the staff was super friendly and made sure we felt at home. The ski concierge was a lifesaver, helping with our gear. Loved lounging by the fireplace and the outdoor hot tub in the snow was just magical. Only wish the pillows were a bit better, they were kinda flat.
