Loved the ski in/ski out access and the breathtaking vista views from our room. The staff were delightful, treating us like family and remembering our coffee orders. Seriously, who doesn't love a perfect hot chocolate after skiing?

The only hiccup? The shower was so fancy, it practically needed a PhD to operate. And don’t get me started on the never-ending wait for room keys—just hire a locksmith already!

Beautiful location and dog-friendly amenities

I had a wonderful stay with stunning mountain views and a spacious Peak View Suite. The staff was incredibly dog-friendly, providing special amenities and an in-room dining menu for pets, which I really appreciated. However, the service at busy times was a bit slow, and it was tough to get timely attention in the dining areas during peak hours.

The service exceeded expectations, particularly with the ski concierge who took care of all our skiing needs. Water stations throughout the hotel were a thoughtful touch that kept us refreshed during our stay.
